Private Commissions
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
The full journey for a Full Color piece — click a step for details. Shorter finishes simply stop earlier.
This is where I get your detailed request and any reference material — poses, outfits, 3D models, screenshots, doodles, anything helps. It's also the moment to mention specifics: commercial usage of the image, whether you'd rather I not show it in my portfolio or on livestream, commercial intentions, and so on.
I draw the initial layout / lineart sketch and send it to you for a green light. Two or three big changes are fine at this stage; beyond that I charge extra (amount depends on the case) — the more detailed your initial request, the smoother this goes. Minor changes and fixes are always okay, right up to the end of the process.
A first pass of colors on top of the approved sketch — everything is still rough at this point. You get another green light request, same process as before.
The clean, final linework (for finishes that include it). One more green light before colors.
The finished rendering on top of the approved lineart. Once you're happy with the final preview, we move to payment.
Payment is done via PayPal invoice. This part is generally fixed — if you'd prefer a different payment method it can be discussed, but PayPal is highly recommended.
Once payment is complete, you receive the finished artwork in full resolution.
Every approval preview along the way is sent as a watermarked, scaled-down image — the full-resolution file comes with delivery.

As long as you specify the use case beforehand, the use of artwork for YouTube branding, Twitch, advertising, merchandise, business purposes, or any other commercial activity, is allowed.
Depending on the use case, additional fees may apply.
Unless requested otherwise before work begins, I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, galleries, or other promotional materials.
If you wish for your commission to remain private, please let me know before commissioning me.
Unless a specific deadline has been agreed upon, commissions are completed according to my availability.
Yes! Feel free to post your commission on your social media accounts. Credit is appreciated but not required.
Absolutely. Personal use like profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, and similar uses is always allowed.
Yes, for personal channels and content creation. If you're representing a business or using the artwork for advertising or merchandise, please contact me first.
Unless you request otherwise before I begin working, I may share the finished artwork in my portfolio, on my social media, or livestream the drawing process (e.g. on YouTube) for portfolio or entertainment purposes.
If you'd like your commission to remain private or not be streamed, just let me know before I start working.
No. I retain the copyright to all artwork I create. Purchasing a commission grants you a license for personal use unless we agree otherwise.
Yes. You're welcome to crop or resize it for personal use (such as profile pictures, banners, or thumbnails). Please don't remove my signature if the artwork includes one.
No. The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.
Yes, at any time before payment is made. If work has already begun, I reserve the right to use the unfinished or completed piece as I see fit, and — if no valid reason is given for the cancellation — to revoke any previously agreed request to keep it out of my portfolio or other promotional materials.
